The solid carbon Laker ice rods have a powerful MH backbone with an extra fast taper. Great for fighting large game fish. Solid carbon fiber.

Medium Heavy ice rods have a parabolic/moderate action that allows the angler to still fight the large fish but it gives enough so you don’t rip the hook out of it’s mouth.
